DivinHeal provides healthcare facilitation and medical tourism coordination services to help patients connect with hospitals, doctors, clinics, wellness providers, and healthcare partners in India and other destinations.

2. Services

DivinHeal provides medical tourism and healthcare coordination services, which may include:

• Connecting patients with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers
• Assistance in obtaining treatment plans and estimated costs
• Support for doctor consultations and second opinions
• Hospital appointment coordination
• Medical report collection and case coordination
• Visa, travel, accommodation, and local assistance support
• Post-treatment coordination and follow-up support

DivinHeal does not provide medical treatment directly. All medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, surgery, procedures, prescriptions, and clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the concerned hospital, doctor, or healthcare provider.

Services may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

If a user is submitting information on behalf of a patient, the user confirms that they have proper consent and authority from the patient to share medical records, personal information, and related details with DivinHeal and its healthcare partners.

4. Medical Information and Reports

Users are responsible for providing correct, complete, and updated medical reports, prescriptions, diagnosis details, investigation results, and medical history.

DivinHeal and its partner hospitals or doctors may rely on the information shared by the user. Any delay, incorrect information, incomplete reports, or non-disclosure of medical history may affect treatment planning, cost estimation, and medical advice.

5. Role of DivinHeal

DivinHeal acts as a medical tourism facilitator and coordination platform. We help patients communicate with healthcare providers and support them through the treatment journey.

DivinHeal does not guarantee:

• Cure, recovery, or specific medical results
• Exact treatment duration
• Final treatment cost
• Doctor or hospital availability
• Visa approval
• Travel approval
• Medical fitness to travel
• Any outcome from surgery, procedure, or treatment

Final medical decisions are made by qualified doctors and hospitals after clinical evaluation.

6. Treatment Plan and Cost Estimate

Any treatment plan, package, quotation, or estimated cost shared through DivinHeal is based on the information available at that time.

Final cost may change due to:

• Change in diagnosis
• Additional tests or investigations
• Change in treatment approach
• ICU requirement
• Extended stay
• Complications
• Medicines, implants, consumables, blood products, or special procedures
• Hospital policy or doctor recommendation

Users must verify all treatment details, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, and hospital policies before confirming treatment or travel.

7. Payments and Transactions

Payments may be made directly to hospitals, doctors, clinics, travel partners, hotels, or other service providers, as applicable. In some cases, DivinHeal may collect consultation fees, booking amounts, or other agreed charges.

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods only. Users are responsible for verifying payment details before making any transaction.

DivinHeal shall not be responsible for payment failures, banking issues, foreign exchange fluctuations, payment gateway errors, or third-party transaction delays.

8. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

• Provide correct personal and medical information
• Share valid identification and medical documents when required
• Follow the instructions of doctors, hospitals, and authorities
• Comply with visa, travel, and local regulations
• Make payments on time
• Respect hospital policies and appointment schedules
• Not misuse DivinHeal's platform or communication channels

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false medical, personal, or payment information
• Misuse the platform for fraud or illegal activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to DivinHeal systems
• Share fake reports or forged documents
• Harass, threaten, or abuse DivinHeal staff, doctors, hospitals, or partners
• Use DivinHeal content, brand name, or materials without permission

DivinHeal reserves the right to suspend services in case of misuse, fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

10. Privacy and Data Sharing

By using DivinHeal's services, users consent to the collection and sharing of necessary personal and medical information with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, travel partners, visa consultants, accommodation providers, and other service partners strictly for treatment coordination and related support.

DivinHeal will take reasonable steps to protect user information. However, users understand that medical coordination may require sharing documents and details with relevant healthcare and service providers.

11. Third-Party Services

DivinHeal may coordinate with third-party providers including hospitals, doctors, laboratories, hotels, airlines, transport providers, visa consultants, interpreters, and other partners.

DivinHeal is not responsible for any delay, deficiency, negligence, pricing change, service failure, or dispute arising from third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, website materials, brochures, designs, text, images, videos, and other materials used by DivinHeal are the property of DivinHeal or its authorized licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any DivinHeal material without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

DivinHeal shall not be liable for:

• Medical negligence or clinical decisions by doctors or hospitals
• Treatment failure or complications
• Change in treatment cost
• Visa rejection or travel restrictions
• Flight, hotel, transport, or third-party service issues
• Delay due to incomplete reports or non-response from the patient
• Loss caused by incorrect information provided by the user
• Technical errors, website downtime, or communication delays

DivinHeal's role is limited to facilitation and coordination.

14. Termination of Services

DivinHeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, behaves inappropriately, or fails to make required payments.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

1. Consultation Fees

Doctor consultation fees or second opinion fees may be non-refundable once the consultation is scheduled, completed, or the medical opinion has been initiated.

Refunds may be considered only if the consultation is not conducted due to reasons directly attributable to DivinHeal or the concerned healthcare provider.

2. Hospital Payments

Payments made directly to hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, or healthcare providers will be governed by the refund policy of the respective provider. DivinHeal is not responsible for refund decisions made by hospitals or third-party providers.

3. Travel and Accommodation Payments

Payments made for flights, hotels, transport, visa assistance, or other travel-related services will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective service provider.

1. Consultation Cancellation

Users must inform DivinHeal in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a doctor consultation. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on doctor or hospital availability. Consultations cancelled at the last moment may not be eligible for refund.

2. Treatment or Hospital Booking Cancellation

Cancellation of hospital appointments, admissions, procedures, or treatment bookings will be subject to the concerned hospital's policy. DivinHeal will assist in coordination but cannot guarantee refund or cancellation approval from the hospital.

3. Travel and Accommodation Cancellation

Cancellation of flights, hotels, transport, interpreter services, or other travel-related bookings will be governed by the policy of the respective service provider.

4. Cancellation by DivinHeal

DivinHeal reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse services in case of:

• False or incomplete information
• Suspicious activity
• Non-payment
• Misconduct or abusive behavior
• Regulatory restrictions
• Medical, legal, travel, or technical limitations
• Unavailability of hospital, doctor, or partner services
